Where to go next

You’ve installed the Data Product Studio, granted Cortex and source data access, confirmed the warehouse and compute pool, and run the Discovery Wizard. The Data Products page now shows a set of Unpublished data products tied to a process you described. This article points you at the next thing to read.

Five paths from here, depending on what you came for.

You want to connect source data to what you just built

The wizard produced data product blueprints. They don’t have any actual data mapped to them yet. The Designer is where you open the canvas, profile your source tables, and map columns to the entities the wizard created. Your data products move from Unpublished to ready-to-deploy as you complete the mappings. See Overview: the Designer.

You want to understand the concepts behind the wizard

The wizard front-loads two parts of the flow: picking a domain and process, then generating entity models grouped into data products. To slow down and learn what each part does on its own, start with Overview: the Define stage and Overview: the Designer. Both can also be run outside the wizard.

You want to govern and operate your data products

Once data products are live, your team needs to manage access, audit lineage, review deployment history, and collect feedback. The Govern and operate section covers each. See Overview: governance in the studio.

You’re evaluating the product and want to wrap up

You’ve seen what the platform does and now want to confirm the details. The Glossary defines every term the docs use, and is the live page in the Reference section. For specific questions or trial support, email support@unifiedhoney.com.

You hit a problem during setup

If something failed along the way, email support@unifiedhoney.com with the symptom, the step you were on, and any error message. Include your account and the time it happened so the team can trace it.
